When you refer a new patient that is 21 years or older to our office and they come in for a new patient experience you have the choice of a $20 gift card.

You may receive an unlimited number of gift certificates for patients you refer to our practice, however, those patient must schedule and keep an appointment for a new patient experience which includes exam, x-rays, and cleaning.

New patients are defined as those who have never been a patient at our office.

Gift certificates will be distributed at the end of each month.
